Why we built this
Landlords with a handful of units do not need fancy dashboards and jargon. They need reliable rent tracking, clear tenancy records, maintenance that gets done, and a honest way to fill vacancies when a unit is empty.
Fayvad Rentals is that system. Qeja by Fayvad is the public discovery face of the same inventory — live vacant units, not a parallel listings product.
Our team’s background in national land administration and systems engineering is a real differentiator. We care about precise records, clean state transitions, and software that matches how property actually works on the ground in Kenya.
